Zhiyuan Yang received a B.S. degree with honors from Zhejiang University, Hangzhou, China, in 2013. He is currently working toward the Ph.D. degree at the University of Maryland, College Park.

Since 2013, he has been working as a graduate research assistant under Dr Srivastava’s supervision in the Electrical and Computer Engineering Department.

Currently, Zhiyuan is working on electronic design automation, especially on architectural/physical co-design of 3D ICs for power, thermal and reliability management etc.
