Yang Xie

Yang Xie is a 4th-year Ph.D. student at the ECE department of the University of Maryland, College Park. Since 2014, he has been working as a graduate research assistant under Prof. Srivastava’s guidance. Before joining UMD, he received a B.E. degree in Electrical Engineering from Zhejiang University, China in 2013.

His current research focuses on electronic design automation and hardware security, especially on logic obfuscation and 2.5D/3D IC security. He’s also passionate about machine learning applications and data modeling.
