Abhishek Chakraborty is a second year Ph.D. student in the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering, University of Maryland, College Park, USA. He is currently working as a Graduate Research Assistant under the supervision of Prof. Ankur Srivastava and his primary research interests include High Performance Computer Architecture, Hardware Security, and Electronic Design Automation. He obtained his Masters degree in Computer Science and Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology Kharagpur, India and Bachelors degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering from West Bengal University of Technology, India. Prior to joining UMD, he worked as a Junior Research Fellow in the Secured Embedded Architecture Laboratory, CSE, IIT Kharagpur. He is also an avid fan of the German soccer team!
